How to Place an Order
We appreciate orders to be placed two (3) business days prior to the event.
All orders will be confirmed via email.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please email the Catering Department.
Events with less than 50 guests:
When to request: At least 3 business days prior to the date of the event.
Final Headcount: Due at least two days before the event.
Any requests made within three business days of the event can only be accommodated based on the availability of the catering department.
Any requests that cannot be honored will be offered a group promotion code for the café as an alternative to catering.
Events with more than 50 guests, or events of any size that require a custom menu,florals, or enhancements:
When to request: At least 10 business days prior to the date of the event
Final Headcount: Due at least five days before the event.
Any requests made within five business days of the event can only be accommodated based on the availability of the catering department.
Whether you are conducting a department meeting, hosting a customer visit or celebrating a special occasion, our talented chefs will be happy to create a customized menu for your event.
Bon Appétit Catering service hours are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Cancellations must be communicated to the catering manager prior to the day of the event.
We will be happy to provide specialty linen, table skirting, flower arrangements, formal dinnerware, special equipment and décor at an additional charge, please contact the Catering Director for assistance.
Charges for specialized services such as chefs, carvers and bartenders will be determined based on your event. Additional staffing requires advance notice of seven (7) business days.

All beverages are subject to the following delivery fees for every 50 guests:
Coffee Service - $25
Cold Beverage Service - $25
Hot and Cold Beverage Service - $30
